All products sold on this store are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

Exceptions
We will happily provide a replacement or refund if:
• You did not receive a working download link within 24 hours of purchase
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open
• You were charged more than once for the same order
